    1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the digital properties, funnels, forms, calendars, communication channels, and services operated by WisePath (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

    2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to:

    • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
    • Upload or transmit harmful code
    • Interfere with the operation of our systems
    • Collect information about others without consent
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

    3. Information You Provide

You agree that any information you submit through our forms, funnels, calendars, or communication channels is accurate and provided voluntarily. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access links provided to you.

    4. Communications, SMS, and Consent

Where you have explicitly opted in through a form, funnel, calendar, or communication channel on our website, you consent to receive communications from WisePath. This may include emails, automated SMS text messages, phone calls, and pre-recorded voice messages related to your operational inquiries, system setup alerts, account updates, and marketing preferences. Messaging consent is always optional and is not a condition of submitting a form or receiving our services.

    • Message Frequency: The number of SMS text messages you receive will vary based on your interaction with our onboarding systems, support tickets, and scheduling tools.
    • Rates: Standard message and data rates applied by your mobile carrier may apply to any text messages sent or received. WisePath is not responsible for these charges.
    • Carrier Liability: WisePath is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of SMS messages due to carrier network issues, technical failures, or other factors outside our control. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to your carrier's terms and conditions.
    • Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel and revoke your consent to receive SMS text messages from us at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from WisePath. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly opt back in.
    • Help (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program or need assistance, you can reply HELP to any text message for more information, or contact our support team directly at support@wisepathmarketing.com.
    • Data Privacy: Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
    • Age Requirement: Our SMS messaging services are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

    5. Payments and Refunds

If you purchase any products or services from us, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
