Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 23, 2026
1. Monthly Subscriptions & Retainers
WisePath Business Automation provides ongoing support, optimization, and system maintenance on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time with 30 days written notice by emailing billing@wisepathmarketing.com.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle following your notice period, and you will retain full access to your monthly support services through that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
2. One-Time Project Fees & Initial Build Charges
All one-time project fees, diagnostic deposits, and custom automation build fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed and discovery or development work has commenced.
These non-refundable fees cover the manual workflow architecture, custom script development, API/CRM integration, system mapping, and digital asset allocation required to build and deploy your solution.
3. Subscription Plans & Usage-Based Pricing
Monthly subscription and retainer rates are based on the plan or scope agreed upon at time of enrollment. Current plan structures and applicable usage tiers are detailed in your specific service proposal or agreement.
For services that involve metered API, carrier, or execution usage (such as telephony minutes, AI execution, or automated message credits), usage beyond your plan's included allotment will be billed at the standard overage rate outlined in your agreement at the end of each billing cycle.
If your usage consistently exceeds included limits across consecutive billing cycles, WisePath may recommend a plan adjustment. You will receive no less than 30 days written notice before any rate adjustment takes effect.
4. Account Data, Custom Workflows, and Offboarding
Upon cancellation, your active services will remain supported through the end of your final billing cycle.
Data Export: Clients are solely responsible for exporting all lead data, operational records, and contact lists prior to the final service termination date. WisePath is under no obligation to retain or export client data after account termination.
Workflow Ownership: Ownership of custom workflows, API integrations, and configurations built directly within client-owned software accounts is governed by your signed project agreement. Any proprietary tools or scripts hosted on WisePath infrastructure will cease operation upon account termination.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact WisePath directly at billing@wisepathmarketing.com to resolve any billing inquiries or billing discrepancies. Initiating a credit card chargeback without prior written notice to WisePath constitutes a breach of this agreement. The client agrees to reimburse WisePath for any administrative, legal, or banking fees incurred while disputing an unauthorized chargeback.
6. Policy Modifications
WisePath Business Automation reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
